Full Wedding Planning & Production

This is our most comprehensive experience — from the moment you say yes to the moment you say I do, we carry every detail. It includes Aisleplanner software access, venue scouting and selection, complete budget creation and management, full vendor curation, booking, and management, color palette and design concept development, decor, floral, and spatial design, ceremony and reception layout planning, detailed timeline management, a guided rehearsal, and full day-of production with setup, styling, and breakdown oversight.

Our full-planning calendar is intentionally small. Because Angela personally leads every full-planning wedding from the first conversation through the final vendor load-out, we take on only a handful each year. That is what makes this level of attention possible, and it is why the most requested dates are usually spoken for well over a year in advance.

Because of what it takes to produce one in California. On the Central and Southern California coast, venue and catering alone typically account for $50,000 to $70,000 of a 150-guest wedding before a single flower is ordered. Full Wedding Planning & Production is a design and production service — custom design, florals, rentals, and onsite production are the point of it — and below roughly $100,000 there is not enough left in the budget for that work to change what your wedding actually looks like. The planning fee matters as a share of the whole, too: at $100,000 our fee is about ten percent of your budget, and the lower the budget goes, the more of your wedding it consumes. If your budget is under $100,000, Wedding Planning & Design gives you Angela’s guidance and design direction while keeping more of your budget in the celebration itself, and Wedding Coordination is built for couples who have planned everything themselves.

That is completely normal, and it is one of the first things we build together. Most couples start with a number in mind before it has met real California vendor pricing, and it moves once it does. If you are early and unsure, book a consultation anyway. We will walk through your guest count, your venue, and what matters most to you, and you will leave with a realistic picture of what your wedding will cost and which of our services fits — with no obligation either way.

For full planning we recommend reaching out 12 to 18 months before your date, while venues and your favorite vendors are still available. Starting early gives us the runway to scout venues, build your budget, curate vendors, and develop your design without rushing any decision.

Wedding Planning & Design meets you partway, guiding the decisions that remain after you’ve made some progress. Full Wedding Planning & Production starts from the very beginning — including venue scouting and complete design and production — so you can be fully present for the joy of your engagement without the weight of planning on your shoulders.

Our Full Wedding Planning & Production service begins at $10,000, and is designed for celebrations with an overall wedding budget of $100,000 or more. Your final investment is tailored to your guest count, venue, and the full scope of your celebration — larger and destination weddings require more of our team and are quoted accordingly. Every couple receives a written proposal after their consultation.

This service is crafted for couples who want to be fully present for the joy of their engagement — without the weight of planning on their shoulders. In practice that usually means a multi-vendor celebration for 80 or more guests, with the venue not yet locked, where design and production carry real weight. If you have already secured your venue and several vendors, Wedding Planning & Design is usually the better fit. If you have planned everything yourself, Wedding Coordination is built for you.
