How much does a wedding planner cost in Southern California?
Our wedding services are offered at three investment levels so you can choose the right amount of support for your celebration. Wedding Coordination begins at $2,600, Wedding Planning & Design starts at $6,800, and Full Wedding Planning & Production ranges from $10,000 to $15,000. Every wedding is unique, so your final investment is tailored to your guest count, venue, and the scope of your vision.
What’s the difference between wedding coordination and full wedding planning?
Wedding Coordination (starting at $2,600) is for couples who have planned their own wedding and want a seasoned team to step in beforehand and execute it flawlessly — timeline, vendor confirmations, rehearsal, and full day-of management. Wedding Planning & Design (starting at $6,800) adds hands-on planning and complete design direction throughout your engagement. Full Wedding Planning & Production ($10,000 to $15,000) is our most comprehensive experience — we are with you from concept to celebration, carrying every detail so you can simply enjoy being engaged.
When should I book a wedding planner?
The sooner the better. For Full Wedding Planning & Production we recommend reaching out 12 to 18 months before your date, while venues and your favorite vendors are still available. For Wedding Coordination, most couples book us 3 to 6 months out. Because we take a limited number of weddings each season to give every couple our full attention, popular dates fill early.
Is there a minimum budget to work with Angela Monique Events?
Our Full Wedding Planning & Production service has a minimum overall wedding budget of $100,000. Our Wedding Planning & Design and Wedding Coordination services do not have a set budget minimum — they are designed to flex to celebrations of many sizes.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Westlake Village and plan weddings throughout Southern and Central California — our couples are typically located anywhere from Temecula in the south, up through Thousand Oaks, Malibu, Santa Barbara, the Central Coast, and Paso Robles wine country. We also love to travel, and we are happy to plan weddings in San Diego, beyond the Central Coast, and at destinations near and far.
Do you plan destination weddings?
Yes. In addition to our Southern and Central California weddings, we plan and travel for destination celebrations. Wherever you say “I do,” our team brings the same level of detail, design, and on-site coordination.
